Sundays @ 2: Dana Milbank

Milbank, an American author and Washington Post columnist, will sit down with veteran journalist Lou Emerson to talk about his latest gig writing about the joys found in nature and rural life. The work grows out of Dana’s own journey. A longtime political columnist and urban dweller, he started writing columns three years ago about his misadventures in nature and his life on the run-down farm he and his wife bought in Rappahannock County, Virginia. The pieces generated a huge response from readers, and the experience transformed Dana personally.  He writes to ensure we don’t lose a sense of what makes for a good life.
