Exploring Watersheds: How Pollution Travels Presented by Community Development

Don’t miss an interactive, hands-on watershed demonstration using an EnviroScape® model. Participants will learn how rainwater moves through a watershed, how erosion and everyday pollution can impact local streams and rivers, and how practices like riparian buffers and stormwater management can help protect water quality. Children in grades 3-5 are invited to see how litter, sediment, fertilizers, and other pollutants travel across the landscape and into waterways.
